AMERICAN CASTING COMPANY ALLOYS

American Casting Company produces investment castings in a wide variety of alloys.  Ferrous alloys include mild steel, low alloy steel, 300 series and 400 series stainless steel, PH steel and tool steel.  We also produce parts in cobalt based, copper based and aluminum alloys.  This diverse alloy selection allows us to serve a variety of markets, including the automotive, medical, electronics, food processing and general industrial markets.  The chart below lists the most common alloys poured at American Casting, and their typical mechanical properties.
